Plaza CrystalVille I & II @ Sri Hartamas was carried out in two phases on two adjacent land plot with a combined size of 12 acres.

Phase 1 which was handed over in 2002 consisted of 26 units of 3 and 3 ½ storey shop offices and phase 2 which was launched in 2001 handed over in 2004 consisted of 31 units of 3 and 4 ½ storey shop offices.

Both projects contributed to a total Gross Development Value of RM100 million and was delivered ahead of time.
