CHAIRMAN

Dato’ Azman Mahmood Chairman/Corporate Advisor
Born in 1951, he was first educated at Sultan Ismail College in Kota Bharu, Kelantan where he received primary and secondary education before joining Royal Military College in Sungai Besi (1966-1969).
In 1971, he left for London, England to train and study accountancy and qualified as a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. From 1975 to 1996, he gathered extensive experience in a wide spectrum of industry and service sectors, including audit and accountancy (London and Kuala Lumpur), tin trading (London), commercial, banking, furniture manufacturing, carpet manufacturing, hotel services and golf clubs, tin mining, power generation, building construction and property development (all in Kuala Lumpur).
In 1983 he was appointed Group Financial Controller of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Group until 1990 when he left as Director of Finance.
In 1991 he was appointed Managing Director of a public listed company Worldwide Holding Berhad (now privatised). In March 1996, he was awarded the Darjah Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan (DJMK) by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Kelantan. He currently sits on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of a few public limited companies as independent and non-executive member, one of which post is as Chairman of the Board. By virtue of having a substantial combined direct and indirect interest in CrystalVille Group of Companies, he now acts as the Chairman of CrystalVille Group.

She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Victoria University, Melbourne Australia and Bachelors Degree in Finance and Marketing from Curtin University, Perth, Australia. She has 10 years working experience in various industries including investment banking, market research, education and property development.

Louisa Natasha Azman
Human Resources Manager
She has over 12 years experience in communications and human resource management. She has been in the property development industry for 10 years specialising in recruitments, training and development and employee relations.

Michael Jasingh
Sales Manager
Michael is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. Throughout his career, he has worked with multiple renowned real estate firms, successfully handling a diverse portfolio of local and international properties. His expertise spans sub-sale transactions, primary market sales, and strategic property investment advisory. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom.
