Subang Alam Homes is a guarded residential development located in Section 27 Shah Alam on a 20 acre land was developed in four phases. Phase 1 launched in 2004 consisted of 40 units of 2 ½ storey semi-detached houses in two designs Liana Deluxe and Liana Supreme on land area measuring 40’x 70’ with a built up 3,600sf and 3,800sf respectively with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM27million.

Launched in 2006, phase 2 comprised of 52 units of 2 ½ storey semi-detached homes offered in two designs Zara and Camellia with a built-up of 3,600sf and 3,800sf on land measuring 40’ x 70’. Total GDV for the development is RM36million.

Phase 3 offered 37 units of bungalows where 33 units are 2 storey homes in two designs Teja and Amy with a built up between 3,200sf and 3,400sf on land measuring 50’ x 90’. The remaining 4 units are 3 storey bungalows with similar land dimensions and built-up of 4,100sf named Fiona. The development was launched in 2008 and had a GDV of RM38million.

The final phase with a GDV of RM26.5 million was launched in 2009, consisted of 30 units of 2 storey semi-detached on a land size of 40’ x 90’ in two designs Kristal and Era and a built up of 3,500sf and 3,600sf respectively.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and the Group prides itself in reviving Subang Alam Section 27 Shah Alam from relatively unknown development to a high-end niche dwelling inhibited by professionals.
