OUR BEGINNINGS
BUILDING TRUST THROUGH QUALITY
CrystalVille Group under the helm of Dato’ Azman Bin Mahmood, Group Chairman and Corporate Advisor has grown since its debut in property development back in 1999. To date the Group has completed a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in and around Greater KL and Selangor contributing to a total Gross Development Value of approximately RM560 million and counting.
The Group has managed to garner a substantial following for its projects and amassed a considerable number of loyal buyers. One of the Group’s core competencies is identifying locations with potential for good capital appreciation. This is evident in its past projects in Sri Hartamas, Setapak, Section 27 Shah Alam & Cyberjaya in which its buyers have enjoyed reasonable returns.
CrystalVille Group does not operate on a touch and go basis where developer and customer relationship ends at project completion and delivery. It wishes to form a long term and mutually beneficial relationship with its customers.
