Dato’ Azman Mahmood
Chairman/Corporate Advisor

Born in 1951, he was first educated at Sultan Ismail College in Kota Bharu, Kelantan where he received primary and secondary education before joining Royal Military College in Sungai Besi (1966-1969).

In 1971, he left for London, England to train and study accountancy and qualified as a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. From 1975 to 1996, he gathered extensive experience in a wide spectrum of industry and service sectors, including audit and accountancy (London and Kuala Lumpur), tin trading (London), commercial, banking, furniture manufacturing, carpet manufacturing, hotel services and golf clubs, tin mining, power generation, building construction and property development (all in Kuala Lumpur).

In 1983 he was appointed Group Financial Controller of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Group until 1990 when he left as Director of Finance.

In 1991 he was appointed Managing Director of a public listed company Worldwide Holding Berhad (now privatised). In March 1996, he was awarded the Darjah Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan (DJMK) by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Kelantan. He currently sits on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of a few public limited companies as independent and non-executive member, one of which post is as Chairman of the Board. By virtue of having a substantial combined direct and indirect interest in CrystalVille Group of Companies, he now acts as the Chairman of CrystalVille Group.

He is an engineer with vast experience in construction. He has been involved in various property development projects encompassing industrial, housing, commercial and high rise buildings of which he has substantial investment. Currently he sits on the board of numerous property development and construction companies.

Iberahim Mahmood

He has over 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing. He has worked with reputable companies such as Electrolux, R.J. Reynolds and CCM Chemicals. He joined CrystalVille Group in 2004 and has contributed to the sales success of Subang Alam Homes in Section 27 Shah Alam and Plaza CrystalVille @ Setapak.

She holds a Bachelor (SC) in Accounting from University of Hull, United Kingdom and Diploma in Accountancy from UITM. She has over 16 years experience in Accounts & Finance and has been involved in Property Development for almost 10 years.

Human Resources Manager

She has over 12 years experience in communications and human resource management. She has been in the property development industry for 10 years specialising in recruitments, training and development and employee relations.

Lara Azman
Corporate Affairs & Marketing Manager

She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Victoria University, Melbourne Australia and Bachelors Degree in Finance and Marketing from Curtin University, Perth, Australia. She has 10 years working experience in various industries including investment banking, market research, education and property development.
